At Run It Str8 we stand behind the quality of our gear. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the problem quickly.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a fault, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by misuse will not be eligible for return.
Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and pricing, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and product details before placing your order.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
